Review expenses alongside payment dates

Compare regular weekday sales with weekend or event-driven trade. The busiest hour is useful context, but the whole trading month matters when considering a repayment schedule.

Defining the expense

Examples of expenses to outline

01

Espresso equipment

A new espresso machine may also require a grinder, water treatment and installation. Check the full setup cost and the time the counter would be out of service.

02

Seasonal stock

Coffee, milk alternatives and takeaway supplies can sell at different rates through the year. Base the order on recent use and the trading period ahead, especially before local events or holidays.

03

Service counter

An extra counter or display refrigerator can change how orders move through the café. Include fitting work and electrical requirements alongside the equipment quote.

Important points for applicants

Read about the process and our role

Where do my details go after submission?

This service is compensated by funding partners for referrals and the sale of submitted application details. We may share a request with up to five partners who can contact you; our compensation is independent of funding and we charge no application fee.

Who makes the funding decision?

A referral is not a promise that a partner will make an offer. The business must meet that provider’s requirements before financing can be agreed.

When should I expect an update?

A funding partner may ask for records or clarification before making a decision. The requested date should therefore be treated as part of the application, not a promise.

How do I confirm access to my phone?

A received SMS code does not replace the need to read the contact and sharing disclosures. Review those conditions before completing the submission.
